Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your Folger Shop purchase, but if you are not satisfied, you may return the merchandise with the original receipt within 30 days for an exchange or refund. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used at the time of processing the original purchase, within 10 business days, from the time the item is received.
Item returns must have original product packaging, tags, and be in unused, salable condition. Complete the return form,included with your package and return items via insured ground service. Shipping costs associated with the return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Upon delivery, please inspect your items. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact customer service at folgershop@folger.edu Office hours are Monday–Friday 10:00 am–5:00pm EST.

Shipping
Orders within the continental United States will be shipped via a standard shipping flat fee of $8.95. For orders outside of the continental United States, please email folgershop@folger.edu to see if we can accommodate your request. Shipping outside of the continental United States will incur additional shipping and handling fees.
A valid street address is required for delivery. If you require a shipment to a PO, APO, or FPO box, please contact folgershop@folger.edu to see if we can accommodate your request. PO, APO, or FPO box delivery may incur additional shipping and handling fees.
In-stock merchandise is shipped from Washington D.C. and should arrive within 10 business days.
Oversize items, or items that exceed maximum weight, or require multiple shipments, will incur an additional shipping charge of $20. Your purchase(s) will be bundled into as few boxes and shipments as possible. Additional shipping charges will be added prior to shipping out your order. We will never charge additional shipping fees, without contacting you, if this is required.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Folger Shakespeare Library is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the address provided. We will work with the customer to confirm the delivery address, date of delivery, tracking and carrier information. Packages that are lost or stolen during delivery will be the responsibility of the customer to investigate, and the carrier to resolve
